Weekends at Rendezvous are a chance to savour dishes crafted with care and creativity by Chef Zack. Drawing on his experience at some of the city’s top kitchens, he blends classic techniques with a modern Italian flair. From house-made pasta with imaginative fillings and rich, cheese-forward sauces to perfectly cooked cuts of meat for those who love hearty, satisfying flavours, every dish is designed to delight. Indulge in lobster ravioli, red wine–braised short ribs, seared tuna, or fresh salmon, to name a few. Each plate a reflection of quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and Chef Zack’s passion for bold, memorable flavours.

Taco & Margarita Thursday

Thursday nights are all about fun flavours and fresh ingredients at Rendezvous. Each week we feature a handcrafted margarita made with fresh fruit and premium spirits, perfectly balanced to complement our taco offerings. Chef Zack brings his flair to three variations of traditional tacos, each built on locally made corn shells and paired with authentic salsas and marinades. It’s a night to gather with friends and experience a modern take on classic favourites!
