We all have that outfit. The one that’s too fancy, too silly, too sparkly, or just… too much for everyday life. Or maybe it’s the opposite. Too casual. Too comfy. Want to brunch in your pajamas? Go right ahead. This is your day.
Join us at Rendezvous Eatery & Taproom on March 28 from 10 am to 2 pm for our No Place Else to Wear It Brunch in support of Genesis House. Wear the dress that’s been hanging in your closet since grad. Rock the sequin jacket. Show up in pajamas. Throw on your old prom dress, a tux, or that outfit you love but never seem to have an occasion for.

We’re gathering for good friends, delicious brunch, and a chance to do a little good together. We’re asking guests to bring something from the immediate needs list for Genesis House. Our focus for this event is quality sheets (twin and queen), new pillows, pillowcases, full size blankets, quality bath towels, and hand towels.
Families who arrive at Genesis House are there because they need a safe place, often with very little of their own. We all know how comforting a soft bed, cozy sheets, and warm blankets can be. Something as simple as a good night’s sleep can ease even the hardest moments.
So dig through that closet, pull out the outfit that has no place else to go, and join us for a brunch that’s equal parts fun, community, and kindness.
Come as you are. Or come as you’ve never had the chance to be. Either way, we’ll save you a seat.
